Since 2007, we have been applying our surface VOSS coat consistently in the entire product range, thereby providing ultimate corrosion resistance to all VOSS products.
Production quality
At VOSS Fluid, state-of-the-art production technologies and a high degree of automation ensure a sustained and consistent quality standard. Furthermore, we also ensure customary VOSS quality with strict inspections - from when goods are received to production of the final product. In so doing, preventing thread damage is of utmost importance to us - in production, assembly and the entire logistics chain.
Component cleanliness
Another quality standard in production at VOSS Fluid: Component cleanliness of VOSS products. Adapted manufacturing processes guarantee desired purity. At the request of the customer, we also produce and package our VOSS products under clean room similar conditions as well.
In-Process Controlling
With our ongoing statistical process controls, we can minimize production errors to a minimum. When it comes to function-relevant parts, our 100% in-process controlling is particularly effective: Each one of our products is inspected individually. In this way, we are able to ensure process safety in production as well as the highest degree of product quality.
