Everything has an end, but the tube system has two - or more. But what can you do if one of these coupling solutions leaks? Dismantling and re-manufacturing the tube systems usually cause a great deal of work, which increases with the number of couplings in the system. Bent tubes are also more laborious to replace, as they must first be measured and re-bent. This presents a problem, particularly during on-site inspection, if the appropriate tools are not available. Re-manufacturing the defective tube system thus causes a great deal of effort, which is inevitably associated with high costs.
The solution of your problem
Our 10° flared coupling system provides a remedy as a repair solution, because it is easy and quick to install and can withstand extreme loads. In addition to being a coupling solution for extreme stresses, the BV-10 system is also ideal as a repair solution for defective cutting ring connections due to the length compensation with the special DKO union nut. Instead of making a new line, the fitter saws off the damaged cutting ring behind the sealing surface and installs the VOSS BV-10 system easily with the portable pre-assembly device. Our concept facilitates this easy exchange: because, the VOSS 10° flared coupling system is based on the use of DIN/ISO standardized screwed connecting pieces with a 24° cone.
The BV-10 flared coupling system complements our VOSS tube coupling range for the highest loads and has been specially developed for applications that are exposed to high pressure surges, vibrations and bending moments. The combination of the flared cone and clamping ring ensures particularly high holding forces. The system remains leak-free thanks to the proven DKO sealing head with integrated O-ring on the coupling, in combination with a high surface pressure and clamping grooves on the flared zone of the tube connection side.

Verbindungsaustausch leicht gemacht
Alles hat ein Ende, nur das Leitungssystem hat zwei – oder mehr. Doch was tun, wenn eine dieser Verbindungslösung undicht wird? Die Demontage und Neufertigung der Leitungssysteme verursachen in der Regel einen großen Aufwand, der mit der Anzahl der Verbindungen im System weiter steigt. Gebogene Leitungen sind zudem mühsamer auszutauschen, da diese zunächst ausgemessen und neu gebogen werden müssen. Dies stellt insbesondere bei der Revision vor Ort ein Problem dar, wenn die entsprechenden Werkzeuge nicht vorhanden sind. Eine Neufertigung des defekten Leitungssystems verursacht somit hohen Aufwand, was zwangsläufig mit hohen Kosten verbunden ist.
Die Lösung Ihres Problems
Unser 10° Bördelsystem schafft als Reperaturlösung Abhilfe, denn es ist einfach und schnell zu montieren und hält extremen Belastungen stand. Neben der Verbindungslösung für extreme Beanspruchungen eignet sich das BV-10 System wegen des Längenausgleichs mit der speziellen DKO-Überwurfmutter als Reperaturlösung für defekte Schneidringverbindungen. Statt die Leitung neu herzustellen, sägt der Monteur den beschädigten Schneidring hinter der Dichtfläche ab und installiert das VOSS BV-10 System unkompliziert mit dem portablen Vormontagegerät. Unser Konzept fördert diesen leichten Austausch: Denn das VOSS 10° Bördelsystem basiert auf der Verwendung von DIN/ISO-genormten Verschraubungsstutzen mit einem 24° Konus.
Das BV-10 Bördelsystem ergänzt unser VOSS-Rohranbindungsprogramm für den Bereich höchster Belastungen und ist speziell für Anwendungen entwickelt worden, die hohen Druckstößen, Schwingungen und Biegewechselmomenten ausgesetzt sind. Denn die Kombination von Bördelkegel und Klemmring sorgt in ihrer konstruktiven Auslegung für besonders hohe Haltekräfte. Leckagefrei bleibt das System durch den bewährten DKO-Dichtkopf mit integriertem O-Ring am Stutzen, in Kombination mit einer hohen Flächenpressung und Klemmrillen an der Bördelzone der Rohranschlussseite.
